HOW IS MY PACKAGE SHIPPED?

We ship via SF Express for all orders within Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore. 

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

CAN I CANCEL MY PACKAGE?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel a shipment once it has been processed.

WHAT LOCATIONS DOES UNCVR SHIP TO?

We currently ship to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer free express shipping for all orders within Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER?

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes by the destination country’s customs department. Any charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient to the shipping provider to release the package; Uncvr has no control over these charges, nor can Uncvr predict what they may be.

When customs clearance is required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimate. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

The estimated transit time is 1-3 business days for all Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan orders, and 3-5 business days for all Singapore orders. 

We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, however please note that this is an estimated transit time provided by our carrier. There may be possible delays due to factors beyond our control, which may cause your package to arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISSED THE DELIVERY AND MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT BACK?

The shipment may return to shipper if no one is present to accept the package after two to three delivery attempts. Please contact the courier directly for the delivery arrangement. The courier’s contact information will be included in the order shipping notification emails. Please also note that any additional surcharges for another delivery attempt charged by the courier, will have to be paid by the receiver.
