Returns + Exchanges

HOW RETURNS WORK

Whether you purchased your selected items from the personalized styling service or from our online shop, items may be returned for a style or size exchange within 14 days from delivery. Returned products must be in a new, unused and undamaged condition, and with all original tags attached. Return shipping is free for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore orders.

HOW TO ARRANGE MY RETURN

Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Orders:

  1. Complete the return form included in your package.
  2. Pack items and return form in the new empty bag included in your package.
  3. Fill out the pre-paid shipping waybill also included in your package.
  4. Call SF Express at 2730 0273 for pick up at your location or drop it off at a nearby SF Express location.
  5. Returns are generally processed within 3-5 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Singapore Orders:

  1. Complete the return form included in your package and email it to support@uncvrclothing.com. 
  2. Pack item(s) and return form in the new empty bag included in your package.
  3. Visit www.ninjavan.co/en-sg to create a return order and enter the Return Tracking ID provided on your sales order. 
  4. You will receive a notification email upon successful creation of your return order.
  5. Returns are generally processed within 3-5 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

CONDITIONS

Items are eligible for an exchange if returned within 14 days from delivery. Returned items must be in a new, unused and undamaged condition, and with all original tags attached.

REFUND POLICY

Returns requested within 14 days from delivery are eligible for a full refund.
