CAN I REFUND MY MERCHANDISE?

Returns requested within 21 days from delivery are eligible for a full refund. Returns requested after 21 days from delivery are refunded in store credits valid for one year. Refunds and credits will be issued upon receipt of your items for return.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY MERCHANDISE?

You may email us at support@uncvrclothing.com within your 7 day try on period to request a return for a size exchange. Upon receiving your return request, you have 7 days to return your items. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Exchanges are based on stock availability. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN/EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED?

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?

  1. Fill out the return form sent in your package and email to support@uncvrclothing.com. Indicate on the return form the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack item(s) and return form in the new empty bag included in your package.
  3. On the pre-paid shipping waybill also included in your package, fill out only sections 1 (shipper’s information) and 3 (description of content), and please make sure to sign section 9.
  4. Call SF Express for pick-up at your location or drop it off at a nearby SF Express location.
  5. Returns are generally processed between 3-5 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
